Saline Flush Syringe

Prefilled 10 mL sterile saline flush syringe used to flush and maintain patency of peripheral IVs, PICCs and central venous catheters. Ready-to-use preservative-free 0.9% sodium chloride in a luer-lock barrel eliminates drawing up from a vial. Details: 10 mL barrel diameter helps limit catheter pressure; individually wrapped and sterile until opened, single-use. Scrub the hub before access, flush with pulsatile technique, and discard the syringe immediately after use.
