CPAP / APAP devices, stethoscopes and EasyTouch insulin syringe cases
All sales are final
CPAP, APAP and AutoSet devices, their accessories sold with them, all stethoscopes and the EasyTouch U-100 31G insulin syringe case of 500 are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before paying.
Returns
We do not accept returns of these items for any reason, whether opened or unopened.
Exchanges
We do not exchange these items for a different model, size or color.
Refunds
No refunds or store credit are issued once the order is placed.
ResMed devices — refurbished, like new
ResMed CPAP/APAP devices are refurbished to like-new condition with all new attachments included, and are final sale.
Other CPAP/APAP devices — new with warranty
All other CPAP/APAP devices are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. They are still non-returnable and non-refundable; warranty issues are handled with the manufacturer.
Damaged in shipping
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos at coppermed@coppermed.net or (213) 290-5638 so we can file a carrier claim.
