Stoma Powder for Tube Sites

Stoma powder for use around gastrostomy and feeding tube sites where the surrounding skin is moist, weeping or denuded. The powder absorbs surface moisture and forms a light protective layer so barriers, split gauze and dressings adhere better. Details: dust a light layer on the affected skin, brush off any excess, then apply a skin prep or barrier if directed. For peristomal and peritubular skin only — not for use inside the stoma or on deep or surgical wounds.
