Trach Speaking Valve Cap

Tracheostomy speaking valve cap that redirects exhaled air past the vocal cords, allowing the patient to speak with the tracheostomy in place. Attaches to the hub of the trach tube and functions as a one-way valve — air in through the tube, out through the upper airway. Details: fits standard 15 mm trach tube connectors; clean daily per manufacturer instructions and inspect the diaphragm for stiffness. Use only on a cuffless tube or with the cuff fully deflated, and only when a clinician has cleared the patient for valve use.
