Steri-Strip Skin Closures

Sterile skin closure strips used to hold the edges of small lacerations and surgical incisions together, alone or after suture removal. Reinforced adhesive strips distribute tension across the wound and reduce the need for stitches on shallow closures. Details: sterile and individually packaged; latex-free; commonly applied with a skin prep or tincture of benzoin for better hold. Apply across the wound with a small gap between strips, and let them loosen and fall off naturally rather than pulling them off.
